One of Australia’s leading architecture and design studios sought to equip associates and senior associates with the skills necessary to lead teams and create high performing environments where team members are motivated to perform at their best.
In conjunction with the HR Manager, Red Sky designed and delivered The Aspiring Leader Program. A multi-faceted learning experience, it combined face-to-face sessions, virtual learning via RedSky Online and a group project. Each group presented the results of their research to the Principals of the firm. It included a recommendation based on a strategy developed by a well-known business leader which could be applied or modified to deliver strong business outcomes for Architectus.
Overwhelmingly positive response from participants and Principals. Participants are better prepared to take on their responsibilities as leaders with clarity around what’s required to motivate their teams and to set themselves up for a successful ongoing career at the firm.
