The Red Sky Approach: A New Era of Leadership Training

In conjunction with the HR Manager, Red Sky designed and delivered The Aspiring Leader Program. A multi-faceted learning experience, it combined face-to-face sessions, virtual learning via Red Sky Online and a group project. Each group presented the results of their research to the Principals of the firm. It included a recommendation based on a strategy developed by a well-known business leader which could be applied or modified to deliver strong business outcomes for Architectus.
