The new GM of the Road Services Division Finance Team recognised an opportunity for higher levels of collaboration among a talented and diverse group of finance professionals located around Australia. He created a vision to develop the “Road Services United Finance Front” into a more cohesive team of trusted finance advisors with clarity of purpose, while encouraging diversity and inclusion of viewpoints.
Red Sky worked closely with the General Manager and Business Transformation Lead to engage the finance team around the vision and gain clarity on the changes required to bring it to life. This was launched with a “High Performing Team” session and 360o feedback for the team leaders, using the Emotional & Social Competence Inventory (ESCI)
The team agreed on the benefits and clarified specific behavioural changes required to become the high performing “Road Services United Finance Front”. This was seen as a crucial initial step in creating the momentum and motivation to achieve the vision.
