He created a vision to develop the Road Services United Finance Front into a more cohesive team of trusted finance advisors with clarity of purpose, while encouraging diversity and inclusion of viewpoints.

This was launched with a “High Performing Team” session and 360^o feedback for the team leaders, using the Emotional & Social Competence Inventory (ESCI)
