Talent Quest: Unearthing L’Oréal’s Future Leaders

Every year, L’Oréal recruits top talent from a diverse pool and invites them into the Management Trainee Program. During their year-long program, they have a series of formal learning sessions. This learning must support the participants in their current rotations and prepare them for their future roles within the business.

The Red Sky Blueprint: Tailoring Success for L’Oréal’s Stars

In conjunction with the HR and L&D team, Red Sky designed and delivered an immersive program with a team project and presentation as the key deliverable. Using agile principles, the project was designed to scaffold the learner journey through the program and transform knowledge into skill. Each team presented their project to the L’Oréal Management Committee at the conclusion of the program.

Project Showcase: From Concepts to Corporate Revolution

Of the 6 projects that were started during the week, all are currently being progressed within L’Oréal Australia. These projects focused on Sustainability, Diversity, and Collaboration and E-commerce acceleration.

Rave Reviews: Why L’Oréal Keeps Coming Back for More

“Red Sky has delivered our Management Trainee Learning week for several years and it is always a pleasure and a success. Stewart and the team take the time to understand each individual and their area of development to provide a tailored learning course each year and are able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances (e.g. switching to virtual due to COVID-restrictions). Red Sky has a positive reputation with our past graduates who are engaged and upskilled when a session is facilitated by them.” Lilian Tran – Talent Acquisition and Development Lead – L’Oréal Australia
