Every year, L’Oréal recruits top talent from a diverse pool and invites them into the Management Trainee Program. During their year-long program, they have a series of formal learning sessions. This learning must support the participants in their current rotations and prepare them for their future roles within the business.

In conjunction with the HR and L&D team, Red Sky designed and delivered an immersive program with a team project and presentation as the key deliverable. Using agile principles, the project was designed to scaffold the learner journey through the program and transform knowledge into skill.
