He has acquired a real field expertise, having started as a rep and progressed to Key Account Manager, National Sales Manager, Brand GM, Division GM (8 brands), and Sales & Business Development GM for Asia-Pacific.
He comes with a proven-track record of business transformations & successful organizational changes, and a passion for developing people having led cross-functional teams in 5 different countries.
Originally French, Arnaud and his family have settled in Melbourne in 2015 after having travelled across Asia for 10 years.
