Cancellation From A Public Program

Given the investments of many in a public program and the time taken to fill vacant positions please refrain for cancelling or postponing your attendance. In the unfortunate event that you must cancel or reschedule, please review the conditions below:

Cancellation

All cancellations must be sent via email to amber@redsky.com.au:

20 or more working days* notice prior to the program commencement date: 100% of the program fee will be refunded to you or held in credit
Fewer than 20 working days* notice prior to the program commencement date: 100% of program fee forfeited – no refunds can be given

Reschedule

Red Sky permits one program reschedule provided more than 10 working days* notice is given to amber@redsky.com.au. Subsequent reschedules will incur a 50% loss of program cost. If fewer than 10 working days notice are given, you can transfer the position to another person or forfeit the program fee.

*A full working day is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (AEST) excluding national public holidays.
